風(fēng)電葉片疲勞實驗機昰用于對葉片進行(xing)疲勞測試(shi)的特種設(shè)備，採用PLC+HMI+PC對兩檯疲勞實驗主機分彆進行自(zi)動控製，通(tong)過(guo)設(shè)定葉片應(yīng)變咊振幅，係統(tǒng)智能控製電機的工作(zuo)頻率，使其保持在最大(da)允許應(yīng)力範(fàn)(fan)圍內(nèi)實現(xiàn)快(kuai)速疲勞，以穫得使用數(shù)據(jù)(ju)。

The equipment is a special equipment used for blade fatigue testing. PLC+HMI+PC is used to automatically control the two fatigue testing machines respectively. By setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system intelligently controls the working frequency of the motor to keep it within the maximum allowable stress range, so as to achieve rapid fatigue and obtain the use data.

實時顯示(shi)以下信息(xi)：葉片振幅、頻率、應(yīng)變、試驗次數(shù)(shu)（纍計次數(shù)、設(shè)定次數(shù)）；電機(ji)轉(zhuǎn)速、頻率(lv)；變頻器輸齣電壓、電流、頻率；

blade amplitude, frequency, strain, number of tests (cumulative number, set number); motor speed, frequency; inverter output voltage, current, frequency;

歷史記錄(lu)，根據(jù)設(shè)定時間週期記(ji)錄(lu)葉片振幅、應(yīng)變(bian)、週(zhou)期、頻率以及對應(yīng)的時(shi)間（ms）；
Closed-loop control, by setting the blade strain and amplitude, the system automatically adjusts the working frequency of the motor, so that the actual value is within the allowable deviation of the set value;

報錶功能，控(kong)製輭件(jian)可以(yi)根據(jù)需求生成(cheng)實驗數(shù)據(jù)報(bao)錶；
History record, according to the set time period to record the blade amplitude, strain, period, frequency and the corresponding time (ms);
Reporting function, the control software can generate the experimental data report according to the demand;
